New developments in Murcia

Currently, the province of Murcia offers more than 200 new build developments, the majority of which are flats, followed by detached houses and penthouses. A large percentage of these are under construction, while 20% are completed. If we analyze which regions have the newest developments for sale in 2022, we can highlight the Huerto de Murcia, where the average final prices are around €300,000 for apartments and €150,000 for single-family homes. For investors who prefer the coast, the Mar Menor region has the most offers available at the moment, mainly in Torre-Pacheco, where semi-detached villas can be purchased starting at €100,000, apartments from €2,000, and commercial premises starting €57,000.
