In the coastal area, new flats and semi-detached houses are predominant, and prices for these properties are higher due to the high demand along the coast. Thus, one can find apartments of around 70 m² for a price starting from €110,000 or detached houses with more than 150 m², which can exceed €300,000. The southern regions are the cheapest, where an apartment of around 90 m² can cost at least €90,000.
